The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful events. This includes managing all logistical aspects and creating a positive and memorable experience for attendees.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop event proposals and budgets.
  • Research and secure event venues, vendors (catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.), and necessary permits.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
  • Create event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, registration, AV, and catering.
  • Manage on-site event execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses.
  • Promote events through various channels (social media, email marketing, etc.).
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
